I can’t tell you how excited I am to be writing this very first blog for our new chapter. After 27 years of designing, creating, and styling some of the UK’s most incredible events, this moment feels like the start of something truly special.
House of Verve was born from my passion to push boundaries in event décor – to dream bigger, create braver, and deliver experiences that stay with people forever. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work with wonderful clients, from couples planning their dream weddings to global brands hosting unforgettable events, and every project has reinforced one thing: the magic lies in the detail.
What makes House of Verve different is that we don’t just design décor – we create it from the ground up. With our in-house team of florists, joiners, fabricators, and artisans, we’re able to dream without limits. Whether it’s a showstopping floral installation, a hand-crafted structure, or a seasonal transformation for a luxury venue, we pour our creativity, skill, and heart into every piece. I’m sure we’ve all been inspired by pictures on Pinterest or images that make us go, ‘wow I’d love to be able to create something like that!’, well the great news is, you now have a company that you can work with to make that happen! No vision is too big, in fact we thrive on creative challenges and I can’t wait to work closer collaborating with my fellow designers in the industry, planners, ambitious couples who really want to push the boundaries when it comes to delivering what’s possible with decor. I encourage you to dream big…because myself and the team can’t wait to work with you to make those dreams a reality.
This blog is where I’ll share more of that journey with you. You’ll see behind-the-scenes glimpses of our projects, the trends inspiring us, and the people who make it all happen. Most of all, I hope it gives you a sense of the passion and dedication that drives everything we do here.
